Privacy policy

This policy explains what information amandatasch.com (the “site”) collects, how it’s used, and your choices. The site is run by Amanda Tasch, a content creator based in Southern California. Questions? Email amandatasch10@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you send an inquiry through the form on this site, I receive what you enter:

• Your name, brand and email address
• Details about your project: the product, the type of content you’re looking for, whether you need paid usage, your budget range, timeline and message

If you email me directly, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Like most websites, the company that hosts this site may automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, to keep the site running and secure.

How I use it

I use the information you send only to reply to your inquiry, share my rate card and availability, and plan and manage any work we do together. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it with anyone for their marketing.

Services that help run the site

A few outside services handle information on my behalf:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers inquiry form submissions to my email inbox.
• Google provides my email (Gmail), where inquiries are received and stored, and serves the fonts used on this site. When your browser loads those fonts, Google receives your IP address.
• Hostinger hosts the site.

Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it doesn’t track you over time or across other websites. Because of that, it doesn’t respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry emails as long as they’re useful for our conversation and my business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent me, email amandatasch10@gmail.com and I’ll take care of it.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including TikTok and the brands I’ve worked with. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy doesn’t cover them.

Children

This site is for businesses and brands. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
